At Vita Health Group in the UK, I lead six physiotherapists while balancing clinical care with day-to-day operational leadership. I monitor KPIs, identify service gaps, conduct audits, and turn performance data into practical team-level improvements.

I've delivered quality improvement projects, including development training and induction initiatives, and completed clinical audits against organisational standards and governance requirements. I also support recruitment, workforce planning, workload management, staff training, mentoring, and service delivery planning.

Previously, at NHS Thurrock Health Hubs, I managed autonomous physiotherapy assessment and treatment across MSK outpatient and community services. I worked with complex neurological, respiratory, and musculoskeletal presentations, collaborating with GPs, consultants, radiology, pain services, and multidisciplinary teams.

With an MSc in Advanced Professional Practice in Neurological Rehabilitation and more than five years of UK healthcare experience, I bring frontline clinical understanding to healthcare operations, quality, governance, and service improvement work.
