I’m looking to contribute in a hybrid manual + automation QA role in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment—mentoring teams, integrating AI into QA, and building reusable automation frameworks that accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality.

I’m a QA Automation-focused leader with 5+ years of experience across team leadership and hands-on QA execution. I’ve led 15+ QA engineers and worked closely with 10+ developers to deliver scalable automation and consistent product quality.

I build robust automation frameworks—self-healing test suites and reusable productivity tools—using Playwright and Selenium alongside Python and TypeScript. In cloud-based environments, I combine end-to-end manual testing (functional, regression, UAT) with automation scripts to accelerate delivery without compromising standards.

As an Engineering Manager, I mentor and grow teams through one-on-one mentoring, technical evaluation, and training. I’ve introduced AI-powered testcase generation using ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, kusho.ai, and TestCraft, and integrated AI capabilities using Google Gemini to enable self-healing for unstable tests.
