At Fiserv India Pvt Ltd, I own QA automation framework architecture, the automation roadmap, and release-readiness quality across Deposit Essentials, Loan Director, and Deposit Director Flex. I led the migration from Selenium and Java to Playwright and TypeScript, and built 10 AI agents that reduced effort by approximately 55%.
I’ve also automated end-to-end journeys and integrated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines. Earlier, at Excelsoft Technologies, I led QA for multiple US-based clients and set up automation for the core product; my work has covered banking, lending, e-learning, e-commerce, and e-governance.
