At Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (Client), I managed end-to-end onboarding for new employees, with over 200 employees onboarded and a 98% satisfaction rate. I collected and verified documents, maintained employee records, and updated information in the HRMS.

I coordinated with internal departments on ID cards, system access, and induction, and assisted employees with joining formalities and onboarding queries. I also conducted induction sessions on company policies, attendance, workplace safety, and organizational culture.

At Sambhav Foundation, I mobilize and engage candidates for skill-development, training, and employment programs. I counsel candidates on eligibility and opportunities, coordinate their registration and follow-up, and maintain program documentation.

I also coordinated training sessions for 150 candidates, with 85% program completion, and led a campaign that reached 300+ candidates and improved enrollment by 20%. I'm currently pursuing an MBA to strengthen my expertise in HR and management.
