What I'm looking for

I’m seeking entry-level Business Analyst or Fraud Analyst roles where I can apply fraud detection, requirements analysis, and SQL/Power BI reporting to support risk assessment, compliance, and process improvement through clear, decision-ready insights.

I’m a Business Analyst with applied business analytics training and hands-on fraud risk analysis experience at Amazon. I turn transaction and compliance data into clear reporting, risk assessment, and decision support using SQL, Excel, Power BI, R, and Python.

At Amazon Development Center in Hyderabad, I investigated high-risk transactions and account activity to identify suspicious patterns, fraud indicators, and potential policy violations in a high-volume environment. I analyzed transaction data with SQL and Excel for fraud detection, risk assessment, reporting, and business decision-making, and I maintained a 100% quality score by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper case documentation.

I also documented investigation findings, escalated complex cases, and shared insights with the Business Analyst team to support root-cause analysis and process improvement. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve fraud detection workflows, reduce process gaps, and support operational efficiency, and I built a reporting tool to track fraud trends and recurring risk patterns.

Beyond fraud work, I completed a Legal & Compliance Trainee role supporting compliance monitoring, audit and compliance reporting, and issue tracking, and I previously gathered client requirements during a real-estate internship. Through Boston University projects—covering decision dashboards, predictive/prescriptive modeling, Monte Carlo and NPV-based risk analysis, and data mining—I’ve strengthened my end-to-end approach from requirements to analytics that drives actionable business outcomes.
