Across BART, Verizon, BPMLinks, Sciens, ZenQ, and TechMahindra, I've led requirements elicitation, backlog refinement, UAT, traceability, risk management, and cross-functional delivery across SaaS, telecom, healthcare, property technology, and cloud platforms.
