At FICO, I built and maintained Cribl LogStream on AWS EC2, using Terraform and Jenkins to provision infrastructure. I developed pipelines that process logs, metrics, and traces and route telemetry to destinations including Splunk, Grafana environments, and Amazon S3.
I reduced incident volume by 35% through alert tuning, deduplication, and ServiceNow Event Management correlation. I also configured monitoring actions and event rules across AppDynamics, Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk, CloudWatch, and ThousandEyes.
I onboarded Java and .NET applications into AppDynamics and configured monitoring for application and infrastructure health. I provided monitoring coverage for 2,000+ organization-wide servers, participated in on-call rotations, and prepared root-cause analyses and runbooks.
Earlier at FICO, I provided L1/L2 infrastructure and application support, resolving operational issues across Linux and Windows and automating user-account unlocking with Shell scripts. At Foray Software Pvt. Ltd., I provided L2 production support for Barclays Investment Banking FX applications, using SQL to investigate production issues and supporting releases and disaster recovery activities.
