I am an experienced psychology educator and counseling professional, currently an Associate Faculty member at Westford University College, Sharjah. I teach undergraduate psychology, develop course materials and assessment tools, mentor students, and present research methodologies to connect theory with real-world application.
I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues and completed internships at Sayadri Hospital (Pune) and Kalpari Mind and Healing Center (Bangalore).
