What I'm looking for

I am seeking a business-analyst role where I can apply ERP/SFA expertise, improve workflows, contribute to UAT and documentation, and grow within collaborative, process-driven teams.

I am a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, SFA system support, testing, and delivering functional solutions that align technical work with organizational goals.

I have produced FRDs, blueprints, process flows and user guides, created test cases, video user manuals, and supported UAT and master data setup for SFA systems while coordinating teams using Jira and MS Project.

I bring practical university project experience in web and desktop systems, familiarity with ERP and BI concepts, and strengths in problem solving, time management, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication.
