I am a dedicated bilingual medical assistant and former office manager with extensive front- and back-office experience in cardiology clinics. I bring hands-on clinical skills including rooming, vitals, injections, EKGs, pacemaker interrogation, and assistance with cardiac procedures.

As an office manager at Mehta Heart and Vascular, I led staff, managed insurance denials and payments, handled verification tasks, and oversaw patient advocacy and complaint resolution. I coordinated office improvements, equipment maintenance, and supported financial bookkeeping and basic marketing efforts.

Previously, at Advanced Cardiology Center, I coordinated referrals and surgeries, managed medical records, prior authorizations, scheduling, patient check-in/out, and EMR chart prep. I am familiar with PPOs and HMOs and experienced with prior authorizations for medications and cardiac testing.
