What I'm looking for

I’m seeking nursing roles in care management/utilization review and prior authorization/denials to accurately document appropriate levels of care, support peer-to-peers and appeals, and educate patients on prevention and ongoing health.

I’ve been a nurse since June 2011, earning an associate’s degree in nursing from Maysville Community & Technical College and completing my baccalaureate at Chamberlain College of Nursing. I started at Fleming County Hospital, working across Med Surge, PACU, House Supervisor, Cardiac Rehab, and Infusion Center, and later expanded into clinical scheduling at Buffalo Trace Gastroenterology.

Across my roles—from Hospice to Case Management and Utilization Review, to assistant director and director of nursing, and now home infusion—I focus on accurate documentation and appropriate levels of care. I currently provide home infusion care for chronic illness patients, and I’ve led rehab and long-term care teams with a holistic approach, prioritizing infection control, IDT goal-setting, and continuous education for residents, families, and staff, including peer-to-peers and appeals for denials.
