I’m seeking a remote or hybrid role where precision, service, and people-first values matter. I want to apply my provider compensation, HR operations, payroll, and compliance expertise to make an immediate, measurable impact—especially for veterans and military-connected communities.

I’m a mission-driven healthcare administrative professional with 20+ years of combined military and civilian experience in provider compensation, HR operations, payroll administration, and clinic management. I bring deep understanding of military healthcare systems, TRICARE, and DoD compliance frameworks, and I’m trusted to support physicians and APPs in high-stakes environments.

In my current role as a Provider Compensation Specialist, I administer compensation plans for physicians and APPs by tracking RVUs, productivity targets, bonus eligibility, and pay adjustments. I interpret complex clinical and employment agreements to calculate compensation and incentives accurately, while maintaining Workday HRIS data integrity for payroll, finance, and audit purposes.

Across my HR and administrative experience, I’ve owned payroll and reporting responsibilities, including 941 preparation and W-2/W-3 filings, and I’ve managed benefits administration, enrollment changes, and FMLA and sick leave tracking. I also led onboarding end-to-end—routing documentation, setting up systems, and providing service to employees and external clients.

From my time in the U.S. Air National Guard, I culminated as Health Systems Manager / former full-time Superintendent of the Medical Group, directing health services operations for 50+ staff and supporting medical and dental records for 1,300+ wing members. I led physician credentialing, readiness tracking, HIPAA audits, and self-inspection programs, and I provided direct administrative and financial support to General Officers during an executive assignment.
