What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my coordination, curriculum, training, and team leadership experience to a role where I can support instructional needs, build productive relationships, and take on new challenges.

At Commonwealth Charter Academy, I teach virtual biology to 120 students in grades 9–12, using assessments and timely feedback to support mastery.

I direct a team of eight teachers in collaborative planning and instruction, and I train colleagues to use learning frameworks to improve targeted curriculum projects.

I create dynamic online lessons with Gimkit, Nearpod, Pear Deck, and Edio, reformat ineffective LMS content, and develop differentiated assessments. My work earned Science Teacher of the Month recognition for increasing student engagement and creativity through a multi-part, student-led project.

Before returning to virtual instruction, I taught life science as a substitute teacher and founded Bitsy Botanicals, LLC, where I managed product development, operations, marketing, sales, fulfillment, bookkeeping, and Shopify and Etsy storefronts. I grew sales 40% in the first 12 months through targeted social media campaigns, advertising, and online and in-person selling.
