At Resilience-care, I designed and deployed an industrialized ETL pipeline processing several GB per day of sensitive medical data, while ensuring health-data regulatory compliance. I also built a medical terminology service and product search engine based on standardized references, migrated document extraction from NLP to LLMs, and delivered around ten Metabase dashboards.
Previously at Data-prisme, I took four predictive and classification models from data collection to production, including sales forecasting that reduced stock-outs, overstocking, and production losses. My systems-biology PhD combined regulatory-network analysis with a validated transcriptomic patient-survival model, and I’ve authored scientific papers and presented at conferences.
