In my current role as a Quality Supervisor, I lead ISO 9001 QMS implementation and continuous improvement, driving process optimization to reduce defects and improve efficiency. I also implement IWS systems to eliminate operational losses and strengthen material quality and risk controls across production.

Previously, as a Compliance & HSE Coordinator at FleurAfrica, I led enterprise-wide HSE and compliance programs and delivered tangible outcomes—reducing audit non-conformities by 20% and increasing hazard reporting by 100%. I delivered HSE training, managed contractor safety compliance, and supported ESG reporting and regulatory engagement while building a stronger safety culture.

Earlier, I implemented ISO 45001-aligned HSE systems at Flamingo Horticulture (K) Ltd and sustained compliance with HSE legislation and market standards. I also developed the initial HSE Management System for FleurAfrica and investigated incidents to identify corrective actions, supported by NEBOSH IGC and ISO auditor credentials.
