At NativeMinds, I own kitUP’s iOS and Android subscription app, from onboarding and reading experiences to paywalls and subscription flows. I rebuilt the event taxonomy, used cohort analysis to identify onboarding drop-offs, and set up paywall A/B tests.

At Scorp and Akinon, I delivered product work for consumer apps and e-commerce, including conversion optimization and payment-flow improvements. I also founded cvdrops.com, an AI-powered CV builder that I built and launched in Turkish, English, and German.
