At VLMedia, I partnered with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and optimized recruitment for specialized talent. I recruited across technical and product roles, from software and cloud engineering to product management and design.
I also conducted performance evaluations and partnered with managers on compensation and development planning. At Userspots, I supported recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
In March 2026, I took part in AIESEC’s international volunteer program focused on education and social impact. When the project structure differed from what had initially been communicated, I engaged with local and international coordinators and adapted by connecting with institutions for observation and short-term contribution.
