What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-impact donor-funded programs that advance gender equity, human rights, inclusive governance, and humanitarian outcomes through strategic partnerships, strong teams, evidence-based learning, and accountable delivery.

I've led humanitarian, gender equity, and inclusive governance programs across fragile and post-conflict contexts in Central and Eastern Europe, MENA, Asia, and North America. At Swiss Red Cross Ukraine, I launched its first Central Ukraine office and enabled support for more than 250,000 conflict-affected people.

I've managed 85+ donor-funded projects totaling US$80M, from program design and grantmaking to compliance, evaluation, and financial closeout. My work with UN Women, the World Bank, UNICEF, USAID, DFID, and US/NATO has turned evidence, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building into stronger policy and program decisions.

I'm especially committed to gender equity, human rights, and inclusive governance. I've authored influential gender analyses, led women’s economic empowerment initiatives, and co-designed training for more than 500 women and youth candidates in local elections.

Launched the first Swiss Red Cross office in Central Ukraine, establishing operational systems that enabled delivery of humanitarian support to over 250,000 conflict-affected people. Directed and coached a team of 14 staff, strengthening organizational capacity and boosting program delivery efficiency by 35%.
