I'm seeking a fully remote, global service delivery opportunity where I can lead high-performing teams, improve operational efficiency, manage SLAs and KPIs, and contribute to a people-first async culture. I'm available immediately.

I oversee 24/7 end-to-end operations producing 1,100+ tons per month, leading workforce planning, safety compliance, and continuous improvement while reporting to executive leadership.

I've built, mentored, and led teams of 30+ people across multi-shift environments, consistently delivering against output, quality, downtime, SLA, and complex KPI targets. Across Global Steel Services, Christian Art Distributors, AR Controls, Macsteel VRN, and Bekker Steel, I've managed production, logistics, inventory, quality control, escalations, and cross-functional delivery.

I use data-driven decision-making, process optimisation, and AI-assisted reporting with Claude AI and ChatGPT to reduce manual work, improve dashboard accuracy, and strengthen operational performance.
