At Morar Living, I manage enquiries, CRM records, follow-ups, marketing activity and operational tasks across multiple locations. I use HubSpot and digital systems to keep prospect information current, respond quickly and ensure every enquiry has a clear next action.

I've created and managed Facebook/Meta and Google campaigns, scheduled social content, maintained website information and produced Excel reports on enquiries, conversion, marketing and commercial activity. I use AI tools for research, drafting, data interpretation and repetitive administration, checking outputs carefully before use.

Previously at Maria Mallaband Care Group, I managed enquiries from first contact through follow-up and helped generate new enquiries for a newly commissioned location. Structured pipeline management converted approximately 40% of enquiries to move-ins within the first six weeks.

My background also includes supporting large caseloads and colleagues at Jobs 22, alongside fully remote travel sales and customer support work with Arise. I'm comfortable working independently, switching between platforms and keeping tasks moving through to completion.
