Conducted independent cell biology research designing and executing multi-assay pipelines to detect cellular senescence and evaluate targeted drug delivery. Performed dose-response profiling across a compound library, generating structured datasets for comparative analysis and presenting results to scientific audiences.

Developed Python-based bioinformatics pipelines for RNA-seq analysis, from transcript quantification through differential expression and functional annotation. Built DESeq2-driven workflows to generate gene expression count matrices, visualizations, and annotation outputs supporting published research on blue-light exposure in Drosophila melanogaster.
