What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to apply my experience in an agile, remote, high-trust CPG environment.

At Volkswagen Group Services, I led procurement and supply chain transformation, coordinating an international supplier network with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Finance.

I recovered €20M+ in committed budget through the migration and regularization of 1,000+ procurement contracts, establishing governance and unit cost control.

I also implemented supplier performance KPIs and quarterly business reviews, and designed material and capacity planning processes with production and logistics.

Earlier, I created the international Procurement & Supply Chain department at Vilas Anderson and led industrial relocation processes between Europe and Asia. At saBing, I led operational and business areas and drove organizational transformation.
