What I'm looking for

I’m eager to apply my academic knowledge and practical experience in network configuration, security, and troubleshooting to challenging roles. I’m also developing competencies in artificial intelligence, machine learning, TV technology, and data management, and want to contribute to team-based projects in IT, networking, and AI.

At Ruhengeri Level 2 Teaching Hospital, I provided front-line support for network, system access, and user account issues. I diagnosed connectivity and login problems, assisted with backup procedures, and documented cases for escalation.

At GOODRICHI TV, I operated and set up cameras for studio and field productions, installed and maintained broadcast equipment, and assisted with live broadcasts and recordings. I also monitored audio and video signal quality and troubleshot technical faults during live programs.

In academic projects, I designed and implemented a secure network environment with access control and resource allocation, and worked on a Linux-based hybrid communication system using VPN integration with optical data transceivers. I’m also practicing Python-based ML pipelines, model deployment, and ethical AI principles through self-study.
