I’m an Urban Planner & Designer focused on turning detailed research into clear, accurate deliverables. I’ve developed a strong foundation in urban design and development through hands-on planning support, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

As an Urban Design Intern at Supreme Plan Consultants, I supported urban design and planning tasks by conducting research, organizing project information, and preparing documentation with attention to detail. I communicated with team members and stakeholders to clarify project requirements, assisted in reviewing drawings and reports, and managed multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment.

Alongside my planning experience, I worked as a Call Centre Agent (Lehigh Business Solution), handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls using Zoiper VoIP. I delivered professional telephone etiquette, followed up with leads for conversion, booked appointments, resolved issues, and maintained accurate call logs—building reliability, urgency, and clear communication.

I’m also committed to continuous growth through professional development and community work, including my KIP Graduate membership, AAK Town Planners Chapter Graduate membership, and work as a freelance OpenStreetMap mapper. I’m eager to contribute to a team that values responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism, while applying my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a client-facing, remote environment.
