I’m a Linux Server Administrator with over 4 years of experience in server administration, specializing in Linux servers and cloud systems. I install, configure, and maintain servers, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead migration projects while keeping production uptime and stability at the center of my work.

At Kochi Poornam Info Vision Private Limited (Bobcares), I administered CentOS/CloudLinux-based servers running Apache or Nginx with Nagios monitoring, and supported a global customer base through WHMCS and Kayako. I improved reliability through regular security audits and patching, handled internal/external server and content migrations with pre-migration compatibility checks, and optimized performance across WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and Magento by resolving plugin/PHP compatibility and server bottlenecks.

In my current role as a System Admin Support Specialist at Newfold Digital (Remote), I provide L2 support for cPanel, Plesk, VPS, cloud, and dedicated hosting—managing incidents, SLA compliance, and smooth hand-offs across 24×7 shifts. I administer Linux and Windows servers in cPanel/Plesk/Virtuozzo cluster environments, automate tasks with Bash, harden and optimize Apache/MySQL, and manage Microsoft 365/Exchange as Global Admin; I’m also building hands-on cloud capability through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure exposure and my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect Associate certification.
