What I'm looking for
I’m an AI Manager focused on making AI outputs usable in real legal and customer-operations workflows. I combine operational support for legal SaaS with rigorous documentation practices—structured docs, error logging, and escalation routing.
At Wolters Kluwer / Kleos, I provided “1st-level German B2B support” and handled workflows end-to-end through navigation, dashboards, case & party management, and structured ticket processing. At EmergenzHub, I created “an AI-driven platform for document automation and knowledge documentation reliability,” aligning record keeping to legal and linguistic integrity.
I also build and validate AI systems: I “identify structural weaknesses, flawed assumptions, and documentation gaps” and developed SSpEIR & Fact-Bound Kernel frameworks to correct falsified core claims (1.0 → 0.48 reliability) and reduce hallucination rates via multi-layer cross-referencing.
