At НКО «Бизнес-клуб Терра», I managed a mobile app for entrepreneurs, taking it from customer requirements through release on the App Store and Google Play. The app reached 103,000 downloads, with about 13,000 active users over 28 days.
I set up task management from scratch using Kanban and Weeek, and the team’s monthly task completion rate nearly doubled. As a business analyst, I gathered and documented requirements, and after QA was reduced, I took on manual testing and checked releases.
I also helped scale the app to club branches in other cities and brought administrator permissions, Google and Apple sign-in, and QR-code attendance marking to release. Earlier, I worked on requirements and process models for the LXP Bulgakov project and completed internships in web project management and Flutter development.
