At Welgo, I define the MVP for a mobile app that rewards verified walking steps with coins users can redeem for partner offers. I manage the backlog across five modules, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and run Sprint Planning in an Agile/Scrum process.
At Codevent Learning Center, I planned and launched programming, AI and robotics courses. I also coordinated a free IT lessons program with public schools and developed training programs for corporate clients.
At Carwon Engineering Group, I managed delivery of a remote vehicle-control system connecting a mobile app with embedded control units in cars. I led a 15-person software and hardware team, and the system reached production and remains in operation.
