What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to improve logistics, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and supply chain operations through data-driven reporting, process improvement, route optimization, and team leadership.

At Boxleo Courier Services, I coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations spanning receipt, storage, dispatch, and customer delivery. I work across warehouse, finance, customer service, and delivery teams to keep supply chain activities running smoothly.

I've designed an automated Google Sheets inventory management system that improved stock visibility and reporting accuracy. I also expanded delivery operations by recruiting and onboarding 30 delivery agents across multiple districts.

I use inventory control, stock reconciliation, route optimization, KPI monitoring, and operational reporting to improve accountability and delivery performance. My work has helped maintain delivery success rates between 60% and 80%.

Earlier, I maintained operational databases at Shopping List Uganda, supported SME assessments through the Youth to Work Program, and assisted procurement planning and contract administration at the Uganda National Meteorological Authority.
