What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in warehouse operations, procurement, or supply chain where I can support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and strong customer service.

At Jumia Uganda, I process inbound and outbound customer orders, verify supplier stock, and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular stock checks.

I use WMS, ERP, and shipping documentation to pick, pack, consolidate, and dispatch orders while resolving shipping issues, handling returns, and training new outbound staff.

My experience also includes procurement support at Wagagai Ltd and customer service at Jumia Uganda and Cafesserie Ltd, where I built strong skills in supplier coordination, order processing, POS systems, and customer communication.
