I’m a software engineer who likes hard problems and simple solutions, building reliable, scalable distributed systems and production-grade AI products. I’m happiest when I’m close to customers, understanding what they actually need, and turning it into work that creates real value.
As a Founding Engineer, I led end-to-end engineering and built across full stack—shipping AI workflows like candidate search, AI-assisted matching, meeting notetaker, recruiter insights, and a realtime AI voice interviewer that responds in under 500ms. I also built internal AI evaluation (evals) to validate outputs, so model and prompt changes move fast without regressions.
Earlier, I built AI governance and RAG infrastructure with dataset isolation, audit logging, and role-based access, and I designed backend systems for tournaments, leaderboards, and notifications at ESL FACEIT with strong testing practices. I’ve consistently prioritized TDD, spec-driven development, and reliable performance-critical systems.

Led the engineering and product team and built full-stack recruiting intelligence workflows, including candidate search, AI-assisted matching, meeting notetaking, and recruiter insights. Built a realtime AI voice interviewer, a custom lip-synced AI avatar system, and internal AI evals to validate model/prompt changes.

Built the core RAG platform in Golang for regulated knowledge governance, including authorization, dataset isolation, audit logging, and role-based access. Re-architected infrastructure on GCP with Terraform/Helm and shipped conversational agent integrations plus retrieval and ingestion workflows.
Designed and maintained backend services for tournaments and competition features, including distributed services for signups, leaderboards, match voting, and notification systems. Rebuilt voting for a more competitive player-driven flow and improved reliability during major tournament traffic spikes.
Re-platformed a large live e-commerce system by migrating a monolith to microservices domain by domain and maintaining reliability/scalability during the transition. Worked across Checkout, Order, Payment, and Stock, shipping backend, frontend, and a Flutter mobile app while keeping TDD practices in migrations.
Developed warehouse operation workflows including picking, sorting, and packing, and built supporting goods acceptance and stock/cargo management processes. Integrated third-party logistics providers and helped scale high-order-volume operations under heavy load.
