LebanonWhat I'm looking for
I'm developing the end-to-end logistics and distribution operating model for a new, self-funded delivery and commerce venture serving Chouf. I'm designing its inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and last-mile processes, along with the SOPs and KPIs that support order fulfillment.
At Etimad Holding / House Engineering, I directed logistics and supply chain operations for infrastructure projects, coordinating multi-site material distribution and procurement. I also executed offshore projects as Project Manager and reported logistics KPIs and cost analysis to executive leadership.
At Foresight Group, I managed a fleet of 365 heavy machinery units and oversaw spare parts procurement and consumables. I also directed machinery trading and auctions and built supplier partnerships with Volvo, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Iveco, Mercedes, and JCB. I'm currently seeking a new full-time role.
