What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a well-structured environment where I can build reliable, scalable backend systems and work with teams that value quality, accountability, clean code, pragmatic architecture, and collaboration.

At XTB, I build and enhance backend services for transaction processing systems, delivering customer-facing functionality and maintaining services critical to daily platform operations.

I design reliable microservices, REST APIs, and integrations using Java, Spring, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS. I also contribute to selected React tasks and use Claude CLI for code analysis, refactoring, test preparation, and faster prototyping.

Previously, I developed claims and policy services at Allianz and corporate banking components at Comarch. I care about clean code, testability, pragmatic architecture, quality, accountability, and close collaboration across product and technical teams.
