I am an experienced executive with a robust background in smart city innovation, urban resilience, and cross-sector collaboration. My career has been dedicated to driving large-scale projects in digital transformation, mobility, education, and public health, particularly in local government settings. I have successfully designed and implemented citizen-focused smart solutions, including digital twins, e-services, and AI-powered public platforms, which have significantly improved the quality of life in urban environments.

With a PhD in political science focusing on smart city development and quality of life, I bring hands-on experience in international partnerships and EU-funded projects. My role as the Happy City Index Programme Director involves conducting research on quality of life issues and monitoring decision-making processes in communities. I am passionate about building smarter, more sustainable cities and am fluent in English while currently learning French.
