What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can create supportive, inclusive learning experiences—using IEPs, evidence-based strategies, and positive behavior supports—to help students grow academically and socially, and where I can collaborate closely with families and colleagues.

I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and over five years of experience teaching in educational settings. I am certified to teach students with disabilities, early childhood education from birth to grade 2, as well as grades 1-6.

In my current role as a Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT), I provide individualized instructional support and develop and implement IEP goals for students’ academic, social, and behavioral growth. I collect data, document progress using measurable objectives, and collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and parents to support inclusive education.

Previously, I designed and delivered differentiated instruction in an Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) model and used positive behavior support strategies and individualized behavior plans. I stay committed to evidence-based teaching, structured play, and targeted interventions to build engagement, academic growth, and social-emotional development.
