What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead IEP development, mentor staff, and deliver bilingual inclusive instruction—ideally with opportunities for remote consultation and professional growth.

I am a bilingual special education teacher and consultant with 15+ years of experience developing and implementing IEPs for K–12 students, mentoring paraeducators, and coordinating student programs. I leverage bilingual skills, SESIS/ECATS proficiency, and virtual instruction tools to support student growth and deliver measurable academic and behavioral progress.

I have led caseloads of up to 30 students, facilitated parent workshops, collaborated with educators and administrators on inclusive practices, and provided remote IEP consultation. My background includes an M.S. in Bilingual Special Education and NYSED Special Education Certification, demonstrating a commitment to high-need populations and culturally responsive instruction.
