What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can gain more experience, contribute to the team, and grow professionally.

At Espro in Tbilisi, I answered customer calls and messages, explained available services, and helped with pricing and scheduling.

I scheduled and dispatched locksmith technicians, working with customers across different U.S. regions and time zones. I also followed up with customers and technicians to make sure jobs were handled properly.

Through independent freelance work, I created social-media graphics, promotional designs, and custom edits, mainly using Adobe Photoshop. I’m looking for an opportunity to gain experience, contribute to a team, and grow professionally.
