I’m an experienced Scrum Master and project manager with 3 years Scrum Master experience and 6 years project management experience. In high-volume data environments, I specialize in real time decision support, cross-functional coordination, and systems optimization—while maintaining situational clarity and safety-critical standards.

I led migration of 125 legacy servers to Google cloud, achieving $380k annualized cost savings, and partnered with analytic engineers and visualization specialists to build scalable data tools and dashboards. I’ve owned core metrics frameworks, delivered self-serve data platforms, and established roadmaps and team charters to scale analytics capabilities with continuous improvement.
