I’m a results-driven IT Support Specialist and Operations Systems Analyst with over 10 years of experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication. I collaborate across teams with IT groups, vendors, and operations users, applying IT governance, risk management concepts, access management, and change controls to keep systems secure and dependable.

In my current role, I investigate Blue Yonder and Manhattan WMS configuration problems, support implementations, testing and upgrades, document incidents, and manage tickets in ServiceNow/ETQ. I also perform vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation with providers, support security policy development and security awareness training, and use SQL and system error logs to drive root-cause resolution while improving production flow.
