I’m a results-driven IT Support Specialist and Operations Systems Analyst with over 10 years of experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication. In my current role, I investigate Blue Yonder and Manhattan WMS configuration problems, support implementations, testing and upgrades, document incidents, and manage tickets in ServiceNow/ETQ.
