At OGSTEP, I managed the Project Coordinator’s calendar, correspondence, and daily priorities for a World Bank-funded programme. I coordinated payment approval for 70+ contractor and consultant contracts ahead of the programme’s closure date while drafting the official project closure report.
I designed a payment approval matrix that reduced processing time and consolidated progress updates from four divisions into briefing documents for World Bank Implementation Support Missions. I also supported virtual meetings, records management, and contract and salary approvals.
At TedPrime Hub, I supported both Co-Founders with scheduling and correspondence, administered Microsoft 365 services for 50+ users, and taught Microsoft Office, HTML/CSS, and WordPress to students. I also authored the EduBox product manual and conducted QA testing for TeacherX and EduBox.
At Eduvatio Limited, I co-founded and operate a research and data consultancy. I design surveys, analyze research data using SPSS and Excel, and prepare client reports; I also use Claude AI and ChatGPT for research and drafting, verifying accuracy before delivery.
