At Cardworks Servicing, I built end-to-end functional and performance testing frameworks covering test design, execution, and reporting. I also defined performance testing standards and introduced APDEX scoring into the team’s measurement practice.
I designed and shipped a custom Microsoft Teams app for editing test parameters, setting test order and dependencies, scheduling and monitoring pipelines, and viewing results and run statistics. I also built a Power App connected to Power Automate to intake initiatives for the Enterprise Architecture team.
Across my performance engineering roles, I’ve developed testing frameworks and CI/CD automation using tools such as JMeter, Karate, Playwright, and PowerShell. At BST Global, I built custom C# web API solutions for test automation and developed Power BI reports for test and performance results.
