I am a US mortgage underwriter with nearly three years of hands-on experience in loan origination, underwriting and post-closing audit, currently working at Visionet Systems Private Limited and Firstsource Solution Ltd. I routinely review 1003 applications and documentation including paystubs, bank statements, titles, appraisals, and flood insurance to determine borrower eligibility.

I have practical knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and use AUS systems (DU and LP) to process conforming conventional, FHA and VA loans, calculate DTI and CLTV, and evaluate the 4 C's: Capacity, Credit, Collateral and Character. I also handle fraud checks, credit bureau analysis, VOE/VOA, 4506-C, title searches and tax/insurance compliance.

I am a quick learner who prepares operational reports, supports live underwriting workflows, and coordinates with U.S. clients for customer support. I seek to contribute reliable underwriting judgment and process improvement to a mortgage lending or mortgage services team.
