At Sonar Softech India, I’ve certified 20+ production releases with a consistently low defect escape rate, and I’ve owned quality for releases as the sole QA Engineer. I design and execute comprehensive test cases across 500+ JIRA tickets, driving on-time delivery with zero missed release deadlines while achieving 85% first-pass developer acceptance.

I strengthen coverage beyond UI through API and backend validation—using Postman to test REST endpoints across 3+ third-party systems and SQL to run backend data integrity checks. I also support UAT and release validation with ALM Octane, authoring structured release notes for 50+ deployments to improve client visibility and reduce post-release support queries.

I’m actively building toward SDET work by expanding my automation mindset and applying AI-assisted testing approaches, including LLMs, prompt and context engineering, and AI agent workflows (Claude, ChatGPT). I’ve led QA validation for a full GCP cloud migration and served as the direct QA point-of-contact for P1 triage, while mentoring 5+ juniors and accelerating ramp-up from 3 weeks to under 10 days.
