What I'm looking for
I help teams protect platform integrity by investigating suspicious account activity using behavioral and financial data. I apply risk-based judgment to distinguish fraud from legitimate behavior, then produce clear, escalation-ready case documentation. I’m also known for pattern recognition across linked accounts and typologies.
In my current Trust & Safety work, I independently identified a coordinated affiliate fraud ring using analysis of linked profiles, payout requests, and click-farming signals. I take enforcement action on confirmed violations by flagging, escalating, deactivating accounts, and applying IP bans through Metabase—while keeping audit-ready records for compliance recordkeeping. I use Metabase dashboards and FullStory session replays to validate findings, and I’ve built Slack-based reporting workflows to streamline suspicious-account escalation and case tracking.
Previously, I supported clients as a virtual assistant, managing inboxes, schedules, digital records, invoicing, and customer communication. Earlier, I worked as a Customer Service Representative providing technical support and troubleshooting for at-home diagnostic testing systems, documenting issues in Salesforce in high-volume environments. I’m CompTIA Security+ certified and currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business Administration with an Applied AI concentration.
