I architect and ship production software for SMSONE Uganda Ltd, including EMIS, the national Education Management Information System, and a BulkSMS platform used by Parliament of Uganda and State House.

I set the architectural direction for a Laravel platform managing 30M+ records—authoring the data models, SRS, and system architecture so the delivery team has a single reference standard. I also lead core end-to-end modules in Laravel with Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS, integrating national identity systems (NIRA, OPM) to validate records at ingest.

At Eloi Ministries Inc., I led a cross-functional team and improved delivery by 40% by prioritising team productivity over individual output. Through disciplined code review, mentoring, and root-cause analysis, I drove 70%+ reduction in recurring production defects, while owning a RESTful API layer and improving response times.

I stay hands-on across security, systems administration, and DevOps—leading penetration testing with Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap, and Metasploit, and sustaining 99.9% uptime through deployment and operations. Before that, I built full-stack platforms at Tuko Super App Technologies Ltd and owned end-to-end infrastructure as an IT Administrator for The Voice Mall.
