My role involves responding to user-submitted tickets promptly and professionally, ensuring that community guidelines are upheld. I collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and provide valuable feedback from the community, all while encouraging a positive user experience through education and enforcement.

Previously, I worked as a Direct Support Professional at the Center for Developmentally Disabled, where I tailored care to individuals with severe health issues. My responsibilities included maintaining a safe environment, charting vital signs, and ensuring clients attended critical appointments. I adhered to HIPAA compliance policies, safeguarding the health information of residents and collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure proper care.

My diverse experience also includes roles in customer service and volunteer work, where I developed strong organizational and multitasking skills. I am passionate about improving the well-being of others and strive to bring this dedication to every role I undertake.
