I’m an aspiring Junior Data Analyst with formal training in data analytics and a strong interest in using data to support business decisions. I’m an honors graduate from NAIT’s Data Analytics program and I’m currently in an NPower Junior Data Analyst Program (expected July 2026), with hands-on work in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Machine Learning.

For 15+ years, I’ve built and led business operations through PANTHER Technical Services Ltd., where I founded and scaled a technical recruitment firm. I delivered 100+ successful placements by sourcing and matching specialized engineering talent, and I secured/expanded partnerships with major EPC clients through consistent, high-quality delivery.

I take a detail-driven, problem-solving approach—reducing operational and compliance risk by managing contracts aligned with CRA, WCB, and insurance requirements. I also improved recruitment efficiency by designing an in-house applicant tracking system, and elevated team performance by training recruiters and standardizing workflows.

Now, I’m motivated to apply my analytics skills to real-world challenges while continuing to grow in AI, cloud, and business intelligence tools. I bring strong critical thinking, dependability, communication, and analytical skills across both business and technical environments.
