I’m a Salesforce Administrator and Developer with hands-on project delivery experience across financial services, real estate, retail, and telecoms. I build solutions through declarative configuration plus Apex and Lightning Web Components, with a strong focus on security design and maintainable governance.

In a Canada-based Salesforce Training Programme, I reduced customer onboarding time from 2–5 days to under 30 minutes by replacing paper forms with a guided ScreenFlow.
