At Mammoth-AI, I lead technology strategy and execution across product and AI initiatives, enterprise delivery, R&D, governance, and client engagement. I provide executive technology leadership across a broader organization of approximately 120 technical professionals.
I led development of three AI products at Mammoth-AI—TestMax, icod.AI, and Stratzen Data Validation Tool—from product direction and technical design through development leadership, R&D, and commercialization support. I’ve also contributed to or technically influenced US$1.2M+ in identified client engagements.
At Mammoth-AI, I led major governance and process-maturity initiatives that contributed to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification. At SKMCH&RC, I led enterprise tooling and process-transformation initiatives that secured approximately US$371,770 in software licensing savings.
Earlier, at NETSOL Technologies, I led the initial test-automation PoC, helping establish a capability later adopted more broadly. Through independent consulting, I provided project-management, process-design, automation, and enterprise-platform services.
