At Quest2Travel, I built an interactive configuration scoping tool with a guided builder and live dashboard, replacing a manual setup workbook and cutting 4–5 hours of setup effort per account. I shipped the working v1 myself before bringing in engineering to harden it.
At Bosscoder Academy, I built an AI-powered student helpdesk automation that cut average response time from 14 hours to under a minute. I also shipped an LLM evaluation pipeline that expanded transcript review coverage to 100% of roughly 17 daily sessions and reclaimed 4–5 hours of review time each day.
I drove four products from idea to launch and used funnel and cohort data to prioritize work. I also built a full-stack esports creator analytics platform to prove out the concept before pitching it.
